Great experience. The bikes are very good quality, and Biklou is very flexible and responsive. The bikes (7 including a cargo bike and several with trailers for children) were delivered and picked up at our arrival station.

We rented four electric bikes for our Swedish and New Zealand friends for a four-day trip to Belgium: they came back delighted!
In addition to the bikes, Sam provided helmets and locks.
Booking with Sam was very easy, as was communicating with them: Sam is very accommodating and attentive.
